There is mounting evidence to suggest this covid vaccine is both safe and effective.


The first covid vaccine to be registered for use anywhere in the world, Sputnik V, has still not attracted emergency approval from the European Medicines Agency or the World Health Organization.

But the Russian-developed vaccine, also known as Gam-COVID-Vac, has been approved for use in almost 70 countries including India, Brazil and Hungary.

This episode we are joined by acclaimed science writer and TMR’s covid blogger Bianca Nogrady to talk about where Australia went wrong with its own vaccine rollout, and the emerging evidence for the Russian jab.
