A strategic alliance between Foxo Technology and Personify Care promises to ‘transform’ patient experience and organisational efficacy.
Brisbane-based software provider Foxo Technology has joined forces with digital health company Personify Care to integrate their respective clinical communications and patient pathway platforms in an effort to alleviate pressure on frontline hospital staff.
Health providers will now be able to access Foxo’s enterprise communication technologies through Personify Care’s digital patient pathway platform and vice versa, including Foxo’s recently launched Microsoft Teams App allowing users to connect directly with colleagues, patients, external primary care providers and referral networks through a single portal.
In addition to streamlining pre-admission and post-discharge clinical workflows and enhancing patient experience through the newly integrated platforms, the strategic alliance also aims to provide more efficient and coordinated care pathways, improve timely access to care and reduce administrative and operational burdens for providers, the announcement said.
“The evolving healthcare landscape demands innovation not just to keep pace, but to lead,” Foxo co-founder and CEO Luke Fletcher said.
“Our alliance with Personify Care epitomises our vision to modernising the patient journey, ensuring a continuum of care that is both satisfying and beneficial.”
Headquartered in Adelaide, Personify Care is a health software provider specialising in converting clinical pathways into mobile-driven, easy-to-use digital patient pathways to streamline care and reduce administrative burden for providers.
